I requested a quote from Klimaplan for four ceiling air conditioning units in combination with two outdoor units on the roof, suitable for both cooling and heating. After an inspection visit to our location, we received a detailed advisory report and a corresponding quote the very next day. Naturally, I still had some questions, and these were answered immediately on the same day I emailed them. Shortly thereafter, two installers, Raymond and Wesley, visited our location for three days to install and deliver the four split air conditioning units. Both installers were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional, as I can easily assess the latter with my own (basic) technical knowledge. The split units have now been installed in the ceiling and positioned perfectly in the center, with millimeter precision! The same applies to the thermostats, which were also installed neatly (and in consultation with the client). Incidentally, this seems like the most common procedure, but from experience, I dare say that installation can be quite different. Of course, there's a fair amount of mess and debris during installation, but everything was neatly cleaned up at the end of the day, and even the desks were cleaned. Conclusion: There are probably other reputable companies that can install air conditioners, but this is definitely one of them! Thanks to Klimaplan for the quick response to my request and the incredibly fast turnaround time for this professional installation. Nick Martens responded very quickly to our request. He's highly skilled and a great resource. When we installed our air conditioning, two very friendly men came and did a great job, leaving no debris behind. We're very satisfied.

Having my air conditioning installed by Klimaplan proved to be the right decision. Shortly after my initial contact with owner Tom Peeters, I received a clear and accurate quote. The installation, which was definitely a challenge in my old house with very thick walls, went smoothly. Benjamin, Christoph, and Serge were friendly, very professional, and always left my house exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Now, bring on the warm summers!

It is very unfriendly to the customer that call-out fees are also charged to regular customers with an ongoing maintenance contract.
