First of all, I would start by saying that if there was a negative rating, I would definitely give it. I contacted the accounting firm in May. I told them what I wanted on the phone. Their answer was that they could take care of it. But I directly indicated that this was not a matter of time but of importance because I had to obtain these documents within 2 weeks. On the phone, they said to send the information by email. I complied. This was May 27. After almost 5 weeks, they responded to the email saying that my case was still current. I told them that they did not have to report after 5 weeks to be still current. They quickly tried to deflect that they had not received the email, but I then asked how they could respond to me by email. They tried to deflect the message again that the information was incomplete. Then I asked them again why they did not indicate if something was missing because I am not a mind reader. They wanted to deflect the message again. Now he came saying that I didn't pay the money but on the first call he said that he couldn't tell me the price in advance and that he would when he could get the documents. This accounting office has 0 administration, 0 contact, 0 credibility. If you can, avoid it, but I will put it in the Dutch groups because I had to pay a little more than 400,000 HUF to the Hungarian tax authority because the accounting office worked so well that they didn't do anything. I sent the money in advance and the process was not processed. 2 months have passed since then and no one has responded to my email.
