I recently had my Montis Loge armchair and ottoman reupholstered and purchased refurbished Montis Chaplins dining chairs. I'm incredibly happy with the results! From the first contact to delivery, the service was excellent. What immediately struck me was the customer service. In the showroom, Rosalieke took ample time to discuss my needs and provided sound advice on the different types of leather and color combinations for the dining chairs. Rosalieke is a pleasant thinker, and her expert advice helped me make a great choice. Kalver has an extensive collection of high-quality leather, which allowed me to make a good choice for my interior. The upholstery itself is beautifully crafted. You can really see their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The seams are perfectly finished, and the armchair and dining chairs are as good as new; the armchair itself—perhaps even better than when I originally bought it. They work transparently with clear quotes, so there are no surprises, and they keep you informed of progress. The furniture was delivered within the agreed delivery time. In short, if you're looking for a reliable and professional upholsterer, I highly recommend Klaver Modern Wonen. My armchair has been given a second life, the dining room chairs are like new, and I'm thrilled with them!

Looking for a nice sofa and having trouble finding it at the various furniture stores and (sometimes considerably) upscale ones, we ended up at Klaver Modern Wonen in Ermelo. They had refurbished models as good as new, and showroom models were on (winter) sale. We'd already found it on the website, but you choose a sofa by sitting on it! In the showroom, they were happy to carry a nice chair (or should I say "armchair") down a flight of stairs to place it next to the sofa we'd already chosen. They also gave us tips on a few designer chairs we wanted to trade in. It was a shame they couldn't do that because they were a brand dealer, but they did offer good tips on how we could sell them to someone else for a reasonable price. And finally, a pleasant surprise: the sofa and chair were delivered within a week, early Friday morning, so we could enjoy our new sofa all weekend! We paid via a payment link the day before delivery, so it was perfectly arranged! Our next sofa will be our current one, but then upholstered again by Klaver Modern Wonen!

In January 2019, we had our sofa upholstered by Klaver Modern Wonen. After barely four years, the fabric had discolored significantly and holes had developed in it (photo 1). Klaver Modern Wonen reupholstered the sofa with expert advice and a special goodwill discount (because the fabric was no longer under warranty). Today, our sofa was delivered, and we are thrilled with the result! (photo 2) What beautiful, what excellent service! We felt very well treated as customers. THANK YOU again!
