Installing the boiler was okay, but the service was lacking. For me, no Klaver, definitely not customer-friendly.

I had air conditioning installed, which cost me three extra days off because the technician wasn't fully informed about the work. Ultimately, after four days off, the air conditioning is working properly, but we're not compensated for the costs. I do have to say, though, that the field service staff are polite and professional, and now the office staff are too!

They rescheduled appointments without notifying us. They called a day before to say it's been postponed for another two weeks, for the umpteenth time. After 10 months, they still haven't been able to resolve the problem. They said they'd call you back, then you called because it was getting late, and you were told, "Yeah, he's not here anymore, he's at the Christmas party." They weren't friendly on the phone either, and they acted a bit arrogant, like, "Well, there's nothing we can do about it?" They simply didn't take you seriously. Finally, the problem was resolved, but with a different problem. Then, almost done, it was supposed to be the technician's last visit, but unfortunately, they ordered the wrong parts again, and they arrived an hour late. And, you never expect it... We have to wait another two weeks for the right part. Service is absolutely not in their vocabulary. Don't do business with them if you're considering a new air conditioner!
