What fantastic service and quality this company delivers! Andre and Mark replaced our windows and fixed all the drafty spots on the ground floor! The doors close properly again, and everything was left spotlessly clean. I'm incredibly happy with the windows, doors, and locks. Fantastic! Thank you so much. It's wonderful that you take this so seriously and deliver such high quality. A big 10!

In March 2013, we had a new facade installed, which was okay. The wooden window frames were also finished very poorly, but the cladding, which was sold to us as being at least as good as plastic, is completely peeling off within four years. Kinntecht is hiding behind the manufacturer and doing nothing, against all warranty rules. They don't respond and certainly don't keep their (partial) promises. Worthless. They sell the product but offer absolutely no warranty or service.

We had our sliding doors installed by Kinntech three years ago. The contractor installed them, but the door wasn't sliding smoothly. Kinntech recently fixed this professionally and efficiently. Thanks for the excellent service.

I've already written a review about a facade with a massive peeling top layer, and nothing has been resolved since the complaint (early 2017). Kinntech keeps talking their way out of everything or failing to respond. What a huge disappointment from this company. Thousands of euros out of pocket and no solution that even remotely addresses the complaint. Everything is being based on our "expectations," which, by the way, we didn't express ourselves. No communication, no consideration. Nothing. They remain silent and leave us hanging. Beware!!

Incredibly amateurish company. The window frames were installed extremely sloppily, resulting in serious leaks. Even after calling, no solution was found. The advice was also extremely poor. Outward-hinged casement windows are a particularly bad idea on the second floor. Especially when the quality of the hinges and screws securing the frame is so poor that an entire window and frame have now fallen out of the frame. On the second floor of a busy shopping street. It's a miracle there were no casualties. This incident was also reported, but messages were not answered. Mr. Kinneging is friendly but also remarkably incompetent.
