I went on-site for an appointment or consultation regarding the complete installation of our new build house. I was informed by the reception that this was not how it worked and that I had to submit my request in detail via email. It would then be processed in order of arrival. I prefer not to be treated like that.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received on December 10, 2020. I told the technician as soon as he arrived that I could help him with anything. He tried to open several locked doors (bedroom, etc.). When I went to turn on the radiators myself, it turned out that the technician had taken the key to my locked balcony door and opened it without informing me, let alone asking permission. I find it very unprofessional for a technician to take keys and open locked exterior doors. I no longer trust this company. Almost a month later, I still haven't received a substantive response to my complaint.

Great company, they do boiler maintenance every two years. Despite being very busy in January 2021, they helped me tremendously with a leak in my bath. The downside is that they unfortunately don't have time to replace the boiler anytime soon, which is the case with every company these days.
