After visiting many big kitchen stores in Enschede and in Germany, we went to Keuken Totaal and immediately felt at home! A no frills store with high quality, practical solutions along with super friendly advice. Erik Jan advised us patiently through several consultations and changing requests to help us arrive at a kitchen design that fulfilled all our expectations. Very reasonable prices, smooth installation within 3 months of ordering and great communication throughout the process. Small issues were communicated and resolved well.

In principle, the previous kitchen hadn't quite reached the end of its lifespan yet; it had also been installed by Keuken-Totaal. However, it was a tad old-fashioned, and we wanted to switch to electric cooking. So, we went back to Keuken-Totaal for a new one. The drawing (3D) was ready during just one visit. The entire kitchen was installed in 2 days. They also took care of removing the old one. The installers are extremely friendly and deliver absolute craftsmanship. The steam oven and large hob are wonderful! A custom-made lighting cove was also installed on-site above the countertop. The installer was very helpful and made a few minor adjustments to make the finish even more beautiful. Classy work, and communication is perfect!

From advice to installation, everything runs smoothly and always according to agreement. No slick sales pitches, but sound advice for which ample time is taken. Save yourself the trouble and time at other (large) kitchen retailers and go straight here! Very happy with my kitchen.

Erik-Jan and I designed a kitchen for my new-build home. Where other companies would tell me, "No, that's not possible" or "You'll have to do it yourself," Erik-Jan was like, "We'll just try." He also provided helpful, helpful advice and helpful suggestions where needed to help me make better choices. Exactly two years after our initial consultation, the kitchen was installed. It was beautifully finished and even more beautiful than I had anticipated. It was installed very professionally, and the space left open under/next to the stairs was also very neatly closed off. Excellent advice, a beautiful kitchen!
