I've used Ketelaar's services quite often, and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by how well they help me. They're always so quick to respond that I hesitate to mention it in the review to avoid raising unrealistic expectations. Another advantage is that scheduling and phone calls are handled by a dedicated staff member, so you don't have to communicate with professionals (so they can focus on what they do best).

A company I highly recommend!! I was in dire straits due to someone else's house leaking. First of all, they treat you kindly and helpfully. The plumber arrived quickly because of the leak. He even called promptly to let me know he was there. Then they called back to let me know everything had been sealed. You're treated kindly, and they work well! They really empathize with the customer! A very reliable company!! And at least you get a response from this company!! That's not the case with some other companies!!

Ketelaar is one of them. A "good old-fashioned" company with excellent service. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff who think along with you. They provide good, sound, and honest advice and never leave you in the lurch. There's always a solution; no problem is too big. We're very fond of Ketelaar Installation Service.

Because I was last a customer six years ago, they no longer want to help me. Chimney sweeping is only possible from the bottom up, which is possible, but they don't inspect the roof despite urgent advice from the ASFB, to which they are affiliated. They say we have the luxury... a lousy company. I hope that luxury ends soon. And what a terrible woman on the phone. Yes, that's who you want to speak to if you ask for information...
