I had a visit form one expert from Kessels, he was really direct to what could be done and what would not be necessary. I liked the approach but the service in my opinion didn't make any difference, very expensive for no difference in my bathroom. I'm giving 3 stars because of consulting but the bad service make me take 2.

If you have received shoddy work from Stockmans, you should not expect any customer-oriented effort from Kessels. They will come and clean up the mess (and they do it well), but do not expect them to make any effort on your behalf as a customer to recover the costs!

I was a satisfied customer of Kessels Installaties from 2015 to 2022, with the Kessels Service Plus subscription. Lisette always answers my questions quickly and directly, both by phone and email. The technician is always courteous and knowledgeable. He gives honest advice (even if it's unnecessary) so you can make a well-informed decision. Even when our central heating system malfunctioned in the middle of winter, they helped us quickly, despite the busy schedule. They're proactive, and you can trust their judgment and expertise. They're a bit out of our way, and when choosing a new central heating system, we opted for a local company. That doesn't detract from their service, hence the 5 stars. I would recommend them; I've had positive experiences with them. Thanks for the service!
