They do not pick up their phone, when they call you back they stop the conversation quickly because they are in a viewing and promise to call back but do not do it. Finally when you manage to speak to them after calling 15 times, they say you cannot view the house because they are full. Terrible service, they know they dont have to help you because the housing market is busy so the house will get sold anyway

We had our new home appraised by KBA. Jurrian took the time to explain everything by phone beforehand. He was proactive in ensuring a positive outcome. He toured the entire house during the appraisal. He clearly knows his stuff. He even took the time to offer tips about renovations afterward. And the appraisal turned out to be high, exactly what we wanted. And even though we had to contact them again afterward due to a mistake of our own, Jurrian was also quick to act and think along with us. Truly top-notch service, definitely have them do your appraisal!
