I've been a paying Karsten customer for 14 years. In February 2020, I had Karsten come over for an expensive repair to my central heating system. Today, December 25, 2020, I called about a malfunction, no hot water, only to be told I wasn't a priority because no service had been carried out this year. Indeed, the last service was on December 19, 2019. So, for the pen-pusher, it's been over a year. But given that Karsten decides when they come, as they have for at least the past 14 years, and the fact that Karsten also came over in February for my central heating system, I completely missed it. So it's not only incredibly rude but also shameless to tell me I'm not a priority and shouldn't expect any service. Brutal. Anyway, now I can let everyone know what excellent service Karsten provides.

Good service at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they refused to install a Honeywell Evohome system (for a fee, of course) that had been received as a gift and suggested that the system be sold and resupplied by them. Unfortunately, this also applies to most of their competitors. Otherwise, good experiences.

Professional and reliable. Bought and had central heating and two radiators installed. Later, they also had a new extractor fan installed. I was satisfied. Last week, they called to have the small radiator removed and reinstalled after two weeks. They asked for €200 over the phone! They don't consider me a customer anymore!

Reliable, very satisfied. Had preventative maintenance done on my boiler. Highly recommended.
