We are thrilled with our new bathroom and toilet, installed by Kamsteeg. It felt comfortable from the very first moment. We'd like to give a special compliment to Jan Willem, our project manager. His dedication was truly fantastic – he regularly visited us to see how everything was going and if we had any questions or requests. That personal contact made a world of difference for us and gave us a great deal of confidence. Everyone who worked on our project also deserves a huge compliment. Each and every one of them was friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. Moreover, all our agreements were always met. Together, they truly created something beautiful that we enjoy every day. Skilled people with excellent communication and construction skills. In short, a very reliable company! This became apparent when a leak developed in an extension installed by Kamsteeg in 2020. Kamsteeg's team kept coming back to locate and fix the source of the leak. Even after the last invoice had been paid, they continued to return, with the goal of fixing the leak. After several visits from roofers, contractors, carpenters, and various attempts, the cause was finally found and resolved: new roof trim, new roofing, new sealant. Every effort was made to keep this customer satisfied. And to top it all off, the entire ceiling was resprayed. All this at no extra cost! Some contractors don't offer a return visit afterward and guarantee the front door. Not Kamsteeg! What excellent service; they're doing a great job. That's why we just had the hallway renovated by Kamsteeg. They will remain our go-to for "Construction and Maintenance"!

Very happy with Kamsteeg. We had our garage built a few years ago. I was amazed at how long the men worked. They started before we left for work and didn't leave until we got home. We had a leak through one of our chimneys, and even though Kamsteeg didn't need to do it, they still installed a new fire-resistant door. Our problematic chimney was removed, and we recently had the other chimney renovated. This turned out to be less work, and we even got our money back! Yes, prices may be cheaper elsewhere, but we rarely hear or see such communication and service. That's why we choose Kamsteeg for all our renovations.

The bathroom installation started off well. Upon completion, it turned out to be a major leak. That's when the trouble began. The plumber made mistake after mistake: he drilled the wrong holes in the tiles, stuck the toilet pushbutton with caulk, the toilet leaked, the wrong caulk, and so on. Communication from Kamsteeg was terrible. Our hallway had to be completely repainted because of the leak, and the damp patches are still showing through. I received no apology from Kamsteeg for all the trouble, and they still haven't asked if things have been resolved properly. I'm completely fed up with this contractor who keeps using other, unsuitable freelancers! My advice: find a different contractor.
