As always, the boiler breaks down at the worst possible moment, in this case... while heavily pregnant! Fortunately, Kagas responded incredibly quickly: someone came by the same day, and everything was resolved two days later. Excellent service and super-friendly technicians!

Great service! Quick and easy, the smart thermostat installation was done within 20 minutes. However, the bill was quite a bit disappointing. A €25 call-out fee is outdated, and they also charged 45 minutes. According to the office, that included the drive-through time. A total of €87 for those 20 minutes was a real disappointment. So, ask for the cost beforehand; I've learned that lesson.
