Terrible Service! 18 months of stringing us along with empty promises, just to turn us down with a cheap excuse at the last minute. Now I see why everyone always complains about Kabola's service in the UK. Avoid!

Great product, but you'd better hope you never need service, because then you'll be next! The sales department helped me very well, providing advice and thinking along with me. The items were also delivered promptly. I installed the boiler myself, and Kabola commissioned and adjusted it. After about three months, we made a warranty claim because the "max thermostat" stopped working. They sent you a new part without too much trouble, but you have to disassemble the entire boiler yourself, which, to be honest, I thought was a bit strange. You can call and text for help, but if you don't immediately understand what's being explained, the gentleman gets angry. Another five months later, we noticed our boiler was smoking heavily. I called Kabola and asked if a service technician would come take a look. That was fine. The service technician arrived and determined that the boiler wasn't properly adjusted, and he reset it. Because the boiler had been smoking so much, he suggested a thorough internal cleaning, which I thought was perfectly fine and polite. A while later, I received a hefty bill for the work. I politely replied by email, disagreeing with the bill because the engineer had determined the boiler wasn't properly calibrated, and he himself had suggested (for that very reason) that it be cleaned. But what happens then? The engineer who commissioned the boiler, who also happens to be the manager, calls you angrily and threateningly. If you don't pay, you'll never have to call again if you have problems with your boiler. A normal conversation is impossible; it's perfectly normal to charge customers a fortune for things that are Kabola's fault. (They literally say: otherwise, we'd drive across the country all day for nothing.) Shortly after my boiler was installed, I returned approximately €250 worth of products, which turned out to be unnecessary. I had to chase them up until the moment I received the invoice above, but when their invoice arrived, they suddenly remembered, of course, and it had to be settled. I was even put on the spot: either I pay the remaining €120 on top of that, or I'll be blocked as a customer. So, blocked. It's a really great product, but I can't describe it any other way: I was treated antisocially.

The heater stops working at the slightest provocation. And it's always due to external factors like diesel, moisture, or something else. In just one year, I've spent over €2,100 on service costs. The woman at the office must be related to the boss, because she seriously doesn't understand anything. She's completely unservice-oriented and doesn't think about the customer. She left us out in the cold for three days, only to have us call the service technician who'd already been there after our third call. This is simply unacceptable. P.S. The technician, Luuk, from Huiskes, is fantastic. He truly understands customer service. Kabola... do something about this, because your company is being damaged by the woman on the phone.

While sailing, we experienced a malfunction in our heater. After calling, we made an appointment at the Vianen lock. The technician arrived promptly, worked professionally, and clearly demonstrated extensive expertise. We are very satisfied with the service.

The product is fine, but the aftercare and service are terrible! They were supposed to come by to adjust the heater after I installed it myself. When I scheduled an appointment, they could do it right along with the maintenance service. I ended up paying €530.00 for this. When I asked if that wasn't a bit much for a minor service, I was told there was a €270.00 call-out fee! It's outrageous, because they were supposed to come by to adjust the heating anyway, and now they're suddenly charging so much for the call-out fee.
