I first contacted this company on 21 December 2025. After several back-and-forth communications, I finally managed to get an appointment on 21 January 2026. When the plumber arrived, the visit was quite concerning. We heard many times “I have never seen this before” and “I do not know”, which is not something you expect to hear from a professional. The issue itself is a small leak in a water pipe at a joint. However, this joint is partially covered by concrete in the floor, which apparently turned into a mission impossible for a company that describes itself as “having more than 70 years of experience and being a well-known name in Rotterdam and the surrounding area, with an enthusiastic team of permanent employees and extensive experience in almost all areas of installation technology.” After the visit on 21 January, I received a message on 27 January stating that they would not carry out the work. This was a very disappointing experience. How difficult should it really be to fix a small leak in your own home?

Great people! Our shower was not draining and they came within 1 hour. It turns out there was a massive plug clogging up all the pipes in the appartment. The enployee stayed for 4.5 hours and tried everything - he even called in 2 extra guys. They didn't leave untill the problem was solved - even though it was very complicated. Highly recommend!

After canceling the first appointment, I made a second one. The man showed up and just walked out without explanation. I'd requested a quote for a roof repair. After a call, it turned out they understood I only had a leak, even though that wasn't what had been agreed upon. No apology either for simply walking away from their repairmen. "Just find someone else," the woman on the phone said. Yes, I'll do that 🫠

This company has literally never finished a job properly, or even finished it at all. We rent the house and have had a lot of bad luck with leaks. My landlord keeps calling this company. I've now been stuck with a gaping hole in my daughter's bedroom for over a month and a half, so she hasn't been able to use her room properly since then, and I haven't heard from anyone. Their friendliness is generally not the problem, except for the receptionist. She had such a (cynical) chuckle at me because it was so obvious that I should have moved the Tomado table (considered a desk) myself, "because these gentlemen aren't movers, ma'am..." No, that's exactly what it turned out to be; they're not professionals either. What I take for granted, by the way, is that you finish your work.
