I strongly recommend working with this company! They've been doing the yearly maintenance of my heating system for over 5 years and when my 15 years old CV-ketel finally gave up in the middle of winter (on a Friday), they were quick to come up with a solution and managed to install a new ketel within 24 hours (working on a Saturday!). They are absolute professionals, every single person I talked to on the phone or met with spoke fluent English, they have been extremely polite, super helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s comforting to know there’s still a company who cares and you can actually trust. I’m sincerely grateful for helping me out when in need! Six stars from Bea! ******

Service was perfect. Really kind over the phone and Helped me in English. Called to arrive earlier. Found the source of the problem in upper floors by knocking and having a look. The team were also very kind to my son and dog. They were able to fix the problem as it was with an upstairs neighbour so no charge but fees were reasonable and shared up front when called to book. Couldn’t rate any higher.

They came and unblocked the kitchen drain pipe in a fast and efficient way. The mechanic explained everything along the way and provided advice on how to prevent this type of issue in the future. Professional and friendly with a reasonable price!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Pushing for a new boiler without looking into the problem but just unplugging the old one, which leaves us with cold water and no heating for a whole weekend (not informing us about it). No solutions offered except to install a new boiler, but this cannot be installed anymore today. Do not recommend!
