Fast and friendly. From start to finish. Two young, driven men. Excellent communication from quote to installation. The installation went smoothly and very neatly. The mess was cleaned up neatly afterward. This company deserves to be used! PS: The cable tray is anthracite because I ordered an anthracite enclosure from them!

We successfully installed 3 indoor units and 2 outdoor units (LG)! We missed the first appointment, but it was easy to reschedule. The men do a great job, arrive on time, are proactive, and clean up all the loose debris. Review updated to 3 stars due to poor follow-up. The outdoor unit is noisy and vibrates, and after 3 months, it still hasn't been fixed.

JT Airco installed four indoor units and one outdoor unit. We are very satisfied with the service. The communication was pleasant and clear, and the three technicians did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything clearly. The outdoor unit's supply lines are gray, making them as unobtrusive as possible. The air conditioners were neatly installed, and everything was left clean and tidy. All for a very good price, honest advice, and they deliver exactly what they promise.
