Absolutely fantastic. It's laughable, though, all the negative reactions from people who apparently considered themselves rich and are now angry because a real estate agent doesn't buy into their fairy tales. Or people who think they're the only ones in the world and therefore need help within a day. In any case, I'm very satisfied with the service and the appraisal. I'd rather have an honest outcome than a hassle with the bank afterward. Highly recommended.
