I asked a question via the contact form, asking if they service heat pumps. In response, I immediately received a maintenance contract for a monthly payment. My question hadn't been answered yet, so I replied that I didn't want a maintenance contract but simply had a question. Their response was, "If I don't want a maintenance contract, they can't do anything for me." I'm glad I found out about this so early. What a terribly unfriendly policy for customers.

This company made so many mistakes, failing to honor appointment after appointment. But of course, they still sent a hefty bill without compensation for the flooding and the non-functioning solar panels.

Due to a faulty distributor (heat pump), among other things, the technician visited our home twice. Looking back, we were quite shocked by the size of the invoice. There was also some miscommunication between us and Hartman. Ultimately, after a good discussion with Hartman, this led to a reasonable outcome for both parties. Hartman's customer-focused approach is appreciated.

Last summer, we bought a house with a Nibe heat pump. Unfortunately, it turned out not to be working optimally. We then had three different companies come by to provide a quote for a solution. Hartman is ultimately not the company we chose, and it is also the only one that has now suddenly sent an invoice for 245 euros without an appointment or notification. After contacting them by phone, they indicated that this covers call-out charges and labor costs and that this is perfectly logical. This has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will never approach this company again in the future. I am glad that we are going to pay those few thousand euros for the solution to another company. So, be warned!
