Our plan was to renovate our living room. We never intended to install a new kitchen as well. While demolishing the wooden floor, we discovered that the floor beneath the kitchen was also in poor condition. We contacted Johan Bos to see if he could order and install a new kitchen for us within 7 to 8 weeks. Due to circumstances, including postponed work, this seemed feasible. After a pleasant conversation and after listening to our wishes, he prepared a design and quote. After a few adjustments to the design, we accepted the quote. Communication with Renate was also clear and very pleasant. Within 8 weeks, we had a new kitchen, installed by an excellent installer. Johan Bos Kitchens also took care of the tap connections and the induction cooktop. Very satisfied with the kitchen and the agreements made.

We're really enjoying our kitchen. Johan Bos gave us excellent advice. He gave us a better feeling about a positive outcome. The prices were transparent from the start, which apparently isn't standard for kitchens. He also had some great ideas for the design, which really improved our kitchen. The installation went as planned. Communication with Renate was excellent. Even a few minor follow-up deliveries were handled quickly. And Johan even went to see the result himself. Perfect company. I appreciate the communication and the direct lines of communication. I've been handling kitchen renovations for Johan Bos Kitchens for quite some time now. The materials used are good. The communication and handling are excellent, although I've discovered that some suppliers could do better. I think this is an excellent company. They meticulously renovated our kitchen, and when a part stopped working properly within the warranty period, they fixed it very quickly and efficiently, free of charge. Thank you for that. That's why we give this company a 10 and have complete confidence in them. If only all companies were this customer-friendly.
