I went to their office for the sale of my home in Zwolle. For the sale agreement they were not willing to insert the clauses that I wanted to insert, although I was their client and it was my home that I was selling. I had to almost force them to insert all the clauses that I wanted in the agreement. In my opinion my agent was working for the buyer due to this and also because although every defect was disclosed by me in the agreement and the agreement was signed by both parties, if the buyer wanted something fixed, even though not included in the agreement, my agent would pressure me to do it. Hence I don't recommend them.

We received fantastic service from this real estate agency! They were very helpful in considering our offer and the mortgage for the house we were interested in. Ultimately, we were able to buy the house, thanks in part to their help. Even after the purchase, communication regarding mortgage matters has remained smooth and pleasant. We are very happy with them!

Henk provided excellent assistance with mortgage advice and the purchase of the house. The sellers also sold through JVMA; it was very pleasant to interact with them this way. Easily accessible and with a no-nonsense approach.
