The garden was landscaped, excellent professionals. They needed some guidance at the time regarding the wooden deck/structure that was being installed. Otherwise, we would have been 1 meter lower due to the ground sinking. We found the communication slow, and now it's happening again! The garden was landscaped three years ago; we planted it ourselves. They also installed beautiful, maintenance-free, durable plastic planters (on his advice). But now, after three years, they're almost falling apart and completely cracked. It was already noticeable last year, but I didn't expect it to be this severe. I contacted them, and after a week and a half, they responded that they couldn't do anything about it. I understand it's not covered by the warranty, but this is rather lenient for such a substantial amount of money at the time. Absolutely no consideration or effort to find a solution. But they did ask for photos of the plants and the garden as it looks now. 😅 It's actually laughable!
