Installing an electric door without an anti-trap system in a senior living facility because it was written that way. Then the electrical system broke, and I haven't been able to properly go outside in my wheelchair for months, forcing me to overexert myself physically. As a user, I receive little to no contact, and the municipality claims everything has been taken care of, even though it hasn't. I've been in this situation since August, and if I can't reach them by phone, I'll leave a review because I'm fed up with it. One of the employees did show up at my door once without an appointment; I happened to be home, but that shouldn't be the way they work, right?
