During a renovation and sustainability project by Rotswerk, a leak was discovered. LekkageExpert was called in to conduct a professional leak investigation. We conducted a comprehensive inspection of both the house itself and the neighbor's house next door. Using thermography images and precise moisture measurements, we determined that the leak was not originating from the house being renovated, but was caused by a roof leak at the neighbor's house, with water pouring in from the roof structure. Thanks to this clear leak detection, the cause could be determined quickly and accurately, without unnecessary demolition work. This underscores the importance of a specialized leak investigation during renovation and conversion projects. We would also like to compliment Rotswerk. They work very accurately, are solution-oriented, and the collaboration was professional and pleasant. Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over het werk van Jagi Bouwservice. Marc heeft bij ons zowel een dakkapel geplaatst als de complete badkamer gerenoveerd. Alles is zeer professioneel en met oog voor detail uitgevoerd. Marc denkt goed mee, komt zijn afspraken na en werkt netjes en efficiënt. Het resultaat is boven verwachting – zowel de dakkapel als de badkamer zien er prachtig uit. Een vakman waarop je kunt vertrouwen. Zeker een aanrader!
