We ordered a backsplash for our kitchen and two glass "steel-look" doors from here. We received a warm welcome in the showroom, but it turned out the doors were much more expensive than we initially expected based on the display model (€2000 each instead of €900 each). We ordered the doors and backsplash, and the delivery time was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks, but it ended up taking 10 weeks. After installation, it turned out the doors didn't close perfectly. We called twice to resolve this, but to no avail. After an angry email, we finally scheduled an appointment quickly. The technicians responsible for the service were very knowledgeable and, above all, friendly, and took 2.5 hours to reinstall the doors. Everything has been handled perfectly now; it's a shame it took so long. Five stars for the quality of the products, three stars for customer communication.

Replacing double glazing, communication about the order was difficult. The sealing of the glass with sealant is also unprofessional. I understand that sealing a corner is more difficult, but not doing it at all is not very professional (see photo). They're not the same passionate craftsmen of the past anymore.

Today I had a custom-made, lighted bathroom mirror installed. Two experienced and friendly installers completed the job; the mirror was neatly hung and connected. It looks fantastic! Thanks for the great service!

An employee of this company delivered a 200 kg glass pane through our contractor at very short notice for a large skylight. Unfortunately, after eight years, the cavity of this glass pane started leaking, resulting in significant condensation between the panes. Upon delivery, the Salvino employee explicitly stated that the information on the glass pane's sticker should be kept in a safe place for any potential manufacturer's warranty claims. He even cited the insulation leak as a specific example! Now that I actually want to claim the manufacturer's warranty, Salvino states that the glass manufacturer only provides a warranty on vertically installed panes and not on horizontal glazing. Salvino also states that, even if the glass manufacturer were to cover this under the warranty, the warranty would still not apply because the glass pane was installed by our contractor, not Salvino itself. I find this dubious: why would Salvino, which in this case only orders the glass from the manufacturer, block the manufacturer's warranty if the manufacturer itself is willing to honor it? In short, my experience with aftercare isn't very customer-focused. I did receive a response to my request within a few business days (they couldn't have responded anyway), but I'm disappointed with the outcome. Of course, I would have preferred to have known this beforehand, not afterward. Tip: Pay close attention to the warranty terms for skylights; these apparently fall outside the manufacturer's warranty!

Mixed experiences. I ordered a toilet window in November, had to wait two weeks for someone to come in December, then two months later the window arrived and they said they had time to install it (you have to wait until your home is on the route?!, meanwhile, in the cold, sitting in the toilet), but we couldn't make it. Then we had to wait another three months until we were on the route (come on, I live in Koningsbosch and my company is in Sittard...), then the window went missing in the warehouse. A helpful employee then urgently ordered a new window, and a month later it was professionally installed (double glazing, excellent). Fortunately, no down payment, but in the end, no invoice yet. So yes, top-notch quality, variable customer service, but you do need to be patient before you get your new window.

Bestelde glas werd omstreeks de afgesproken tijd geleverd en netjes gemonteerd. Wat minder enthousiast ben ik over de netheid van het kitwerk.
