Stay away from this company! I recently bough my flat in a prime area of Rotterdam with Lex Hoogeveen being the sellers makelar. The written documentation was incorrect. There were certain oral promises, which were not kept. When I notified Lex about this, he suddenly did not remembered what was promised. Even after I presented a clear statement over the additional costs, the company simply refused to pay me the reasonable compensation I asked for. Lex is simply a fraud who does not take any responsibilities for what he sells. Karsten Eskelund

In just a few weeks, Joris and his team managed to sell our house in Rotterdam. The sales process went smoothly, and we had many viewers. But what you don't want (and expect) happened to us: the buyer withdrew, and the other offers were disappointing. Joris guided us very well through this process and weighed our options with us. This gave us the confidence to go through the sales process again after a short break. We found that a bit nerve-wracking, and he took that into account. The second attempt went according to plan, and we are very happy with the sales result and the guidance we received. So even (especially!) when things are a bit nerve-wracking, Joris's expert guidance and personal attention are very helpful. The contact with the other employees was also very pleasant. We highly recommend Van Oosten Makelaardij!
