Fast and professional communication. My dutch is not good and neither reception or the maintenance person didn't have problem speaking english. Our house didn't need the underground isolation at the end, except the hatch door for which I was instructed what and where to buy to improve it. I like that they were not too 'pushy' about using their service for such a small thing.

I had 5 ventilation grilles installed. They responded quickly to my request for information and provided a clear quote. During the visit, they were very helpful, exploring the options and explaining the locations of the grilles. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Happy with my choice of Isototaal for cavity wall insulation (with NeoPixels), wooden flooring (with Icynene), and a section of the crawl space (with a layer of NeoPixels). Working with the best materials for a good price, and with excellent communication and communication. I initially had three other companies come by, two of which (well-known big names) were completely misleading about what was/wasn't possible with our house and the materials to be used. It's so helpful when someone like Wayne (owner/boss) from Isototaal comes by, clearly much more knowledgeable than the fast-talking salespeople from the big companies, and also able to respond more quickly.
