We recently had cavity wall insulation installed and the whole experience went very well. From the initial contact to the installation itself, everything was clearly explained and well organized. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. The process was smooth and stress‑free, and we’re already noticing an improvement in warmth and comfort at home. What we also likes is that the team speaks Dutch and English. They are also helping us with obtaining subsidies from the municipality and statal one. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Marouane and the team.

TL;DR: If you're looking for a roof insulation company, do yourself a favor and pick literally someone else—unless, of course, you enjoy cleaning up someone else's mess. Like many others, I chose this company based on decent reviews. Well, lesson learned. If I had seen their "craftsmanship" in advance, I wouldn't just avoid them—I’d actively warn others to stay away. So here I am, doing my public service. Just check the pictures. They generously over-sprayed foam everywhere, turning every room into a sticky disaster zone. I called them to complain, and they graciously agreed to send someone a few days later in the morning. Appointment time came—no one showed up. I called again. Their response? "Oh sorry, that guy will come at the end of the day, it's not controlled by us." Ah, so now I realize they hired some random third-party to “fix” the mess. Promising. Late afternoon, a guy finally appeared—empty-handed, but with a big, naive smile. I asked, "Where are your tools?" He proudly replied, "I will use my hand." I was speechless. Apparently, insulation removal is now a barehanded sport. I had to give him tools myself just to speed things up. He did some cleaning, but of course, not everything. Before leaving, he promised he’d be back the next morning to clean up the chunks of ripped-off PUR. Guess what? Another no-show. Now, their unfinished mess is delaying the rest of my contractors—closing the ceiling, painting, you name it. And to top it off, I have to pay extra to my other workers just to clean up after these guys. So, if you're into unreliable service, half-done fixes, and playing project manager for your own insulation job—this is the company for you. Otherwise, run.

We had our roof and walls insulated. The work was done quickly and neatly. Sami Nassar completed all the paperwork for the government and local gemeente subsidies! It made the whole process even easier! Thank you Sami!!

We have done the remaining isolation measures at our house with Isoguard. Marouane is very friendly advisor, he gave all the explanation and answered all the answers we got in mind. He shown upfront all the materials for each isolation measure. The people coming around are very nice and polite things were done on-time, just the roof isolation took longer but overall the experience is good.
