I accompanied an acquaintance on a viewing of a house I know for construction support. Henry Kamp is a smooth conversationalist who's easy to get carried away by, something you have to be wary of in practice. He mentioned several things that turned out to be entirely untrue. My acquaintance also had trouble connecting with him and getting a response, which took at least several days. He always ended up reaching his son, Armand Kamp, who turned out to be his assistant, who then had to ask his father. It was slow and inefficient. I also see that his son left a 5-star review, which unfortunately can't be objective. Furthermore, most of the reviews on the website aren't about this real estate agent; they were usually from an agent in Midden-Groningen, not Oost-Groningen. I would not recommend this agent.
