Poor communication at all; they promise you the first four months free and then send you a bill in the first month. Any complaints about how things are handled are met with complete disrespect.

They're difficult to reach and often respond to emails late. Questions are rarely answered, if at all. If you're a small business owner and want to join, I advise against it. They don't really make much of an effort for small businesses.

They're a great, professional team, and they listen attentively to the client's needs. They do a good job and deliver professional annual accounts.
