Unfortunately not a pleasant experience! We were with a nieuwbouw project which corporated with intermat. The choosing / designing didn't go smooth as several times we needed to chase several e-mails and calls to move things forward. The delivery and installation were also disappointing. They forgot to order taps which we had to wait for another 2 months to deliver. They forgot to put the color of the tiles filler in the order so we had to accept a very ugly color when we found out that problem. Both these 2 things we believe are very basic for a bathroom order which shouldn't have gone wrong.

Very bad, never thought a supplier can neglect the customer so much. Intermat was a recommended kitchen supplier for a new apartment I bought, and i deeply regret not declining and just taking the money back from the project (and getting kitchen elsewhere) Since delivering the kitchen in Apr '24 it's been almost 4 months, still the problems with fridge installation (only 1x is shown on the picture) are not solved. Each appointment takes 2-3 weeks, even Siemens (fridge maker) said it's installation problem and fridge may actually break down if still used like this I will probably have to take legal action against them

Not even one star. The Worst bathroom supplier ever! We worked with them as a supplier for our new house project. They drilled our water pipe during the installation so our house became flooded. Also they could not install our taps properly, they keep falling off. Still no solution…

We bought are bathroom supplies and tiles from Intermat as they are the preferred supplier from our builder Adriaan van Erk. We had a good experience at the show room but terrible experience after the installation. In one of the bathrooms (see the picture), the tiles were applied inconsistently as Intermat didn't specify in the contract they should be. Hard to tell who is responsible here yet both Intermat and Adriaan van Erk pointing to each other with no resolution. Additionally, we chose tiles for another bathroom, and the Intermat consultant recommended a different version that would have the same look but smaller size and cheaper. We replied on his professional judgement and suffered from it. The tiles look very different from our expectation and the supplier is not taking any responsibility. I wouldn't recommend using this supplier for your home.
