We knew exactly what we wanted and only popped in to make sure what we had in mind was truly the perfect solution—and because everyone in our circle of friends was saying, "Go check out Intermat." Two months later, we finally signed a contract for a kitchen that was far from what we initially envisioned, and we're looking forward to it with much more enthusiasm! We received a warm welcome and were allowed to look around at our leisure. Nothing pushy, no staring from staff, but they were available if needed. The last kitchen we saw stole our hearts, but it wasn't at all what we had in mind. Bianca explained a few things about the kitchen, and there were many points we'd never considered. We wanted to know more about these, so we scheduled an appointment to discuss the possibilities in more detail, using drawings and more information. One thing led to another, and suddenly there was a kitchen drawing before us that was not only beautiful, but also completely different from what we had envisioned. Bianca is a great thinker, offering solutions, practical layouts, and materials. It suddenly became clear how valuable 20+ years of experience can be when designing a kitchen. A lot was already in place, but unfortunately, the color/texture we wanted, and which we had firmly in mind, wasn't available. We'd never even considered color alternatives. Custom spray painting was possible, but before we even considered the cost, Bianca suggested a few alternatives. And that was worth its weight in gold! Suddenly, there was a kitchen that exceeded our wildest expectations. Different colors, different layout, but much more beautiful and practical, and therefore more valuable than the idea we had before visiting Intermat. We also had a clear preference for appliances, but here too, Bianca's experience proves to be the incredible added value of working with professionals. Alternatives regarding price, value, and necessity were clearly explained and provided excellent guidance throughout the selection process. In our case, Bianca Broek was the biggest reason we made the purchase. It's truly a pleasure working with you. It's no surprise that we've spoken with other kitchen companies, but working with Bianca is a truly pleasant experience, and she's not a sales pitch. She's not pushy, but honest and enthusiastic. We're looking forward to the installation of our beautiful kitchen! Update: We've been enjoying our beautiful kitchen for several months now.
