Useless company! They first make appointments and cancel after without offer of any other day or time. If you are not native Dutch speaker, at some point you will be out of the list with info that they have also some one else at the same time.

I rented a home in the center of Venray for two years. At the time, the property featured gray walls on the ground floor and a bright pink wall in the bedroom. I was never given the opportunity to ask the previous occupant to leave these white. A poor handover, therefore. Now, a laminate floor that runs throughout the entire house is being offered for takeover, along with one yellow wall on the ground floor, and one yellow wall on the first and second floors. After two months, I finally received a message stating that they are willing to pay a ridiculously low amount for the floor and that we must paint the walls white. After explaining how we were allocated the property, there was no room for agreement. For two years, I consistently paid a fairly high rent on time, maintained the property extremely well (something others could learn from), and now I get nothing but trouble in return. I do not recommend ACM as a real estate agent and am certainly not pleased with the handling of the handover. Very disappointing.

Excellent service. We found the real estate agent who arranged the preliminary purchase agreement a bit distant. The agent who accompanied us to the notary was a bit more pleasant to deal with.
