My experience with this debt collection agency has been utterly disappointing. In a fence case, they misrepresented the facts, used incorrect amounts, and drafted letters riddled with spelling errors and incorrect names. They even linked names to me that I don't own. Furthermore, they spread untruths and distorted facts. A debt collection agency is supposed to act professionally, accurately, and carefully, but that's absolutely not the case here. As a client, I wouldn't engage this agency because it doesn't project reliability or expertise. As the opposing party, the whole thing comes across as amateurish rather than serious.

I placed an order in mid-December. Three days later, the invoice was paid immediately, and now it's January 30th. So, six weeks later, still nothing. We had to contact them repeatedly to inquire about the status, and they kept promising to take action, but no... Nothing, not even any response from them! I called yesterday and today because I want my money back! And yes, the gentleman is unreachable and cannot be disturbed! Seems clear to me... His instructions were to send a letter!

Good experience with a client referral. They handle the case effectively, providing good and efficient information. They don't just look at outstanding items, but tackle accounts receivable management from the front end.
