We were very satisfied with the level of service we received from Interhouse verkoopmakelaars Haarlem, specifically Jan Willem. This was the first time we were buying a house and we were not familiar with the Dutch housing market. In a difficult market, during what should have been a stressful experience buying a house, JW took care of everything. He truly went above and beyond. He always gave us all our options, joined us on viewings, translated documents that we did not understand (as they were in Dutch) and ensured that we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions. He also knew the buying process and really guided us through the process. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on. We ended up buying the house we were renting at the time and JW was amazing negotiating a fair price with the owner of the house. JW made buying a house a stress-free experience.
