Gotink installed the heat pump in our new-build house, among other things. All systems seemed to have been connected properly, but after a while, a problem arose with the heat pump. After dozens of phone calls, appointments, and emails, the system still hasn't been repaired. It's now been six months. This wasn't the only problem. Experience shows that minor repairs take three months due to lack of contact. Appointments are not kept, and communication with planning and management remains completely one-sided. No complaints about the personnel working on the project. They do a great job.

Gotink helped us perfectly. We called about a central heating malfunction, and I received a friendly response. Someone came by the next day, even during the holidays. Excellent service, great help, and a skilled technician. All in all, a great experience!

Plumbing work was supposed to be done and a quote for solar panels was provided. After countless unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls, four months later, yes, a plumber was supposed to come this morning. No way... I called to ask where they were, and they said they'd call me back, but it didn't happen. My patience is at an end. I'm very, very ANGRY, ANGRY, ANGRY. And don't tell me they had a few sick people; you can communicate that too. None of that. I'm completely done, finished with this company. Never do business with this company!!!!!
