Excellent phone contact to schedule an appointment, and they were helpful in planning maintenance. The service technician was friendly and got to work right away. The initial maintenance on a new boiler took about an hour and a half. The price was a bit higher than expected.

Very disappointed that the agreed-upon price wasn't honored. The work was clearly explained in advance via email and then by phone. During this conversation, I inquired about maintenance costs. After the work was completed (without additional work or parts replacement), the price went up significantly.
