I've been reasonably satisfied with the maintenance services over the past few years. But now there are problems with the central heating system. It's more difficult than standard maintenance, and he doesn't have the time. I've emailed and called twice, but haven't gotten an answer or email back. (It's been three months now.) Pretty good for maintenance. But for extra service, you'll have to go elsewhere.
