I contacted him by phone about a leak. It was a pleasant conversation, and he advised me to figure out/close some things myself. He said he'd come by the next day. I didn't hear anything back, not even after I sent him a quick message asking if he'd be able to make it that day. I read the message, but didn't get a reply. Why? "No" is also an answer. He doesn't come across as professional, customer-friendly, or customer-focused. Besides professionalism, communication is perhaps just as important. Missed opportunity!
