We emailed De Pagter because, according to our previous technician, we needed a new central heating boiler. De Pagter inspected it and concluded that repairing part of it might be sufficient. From email to repair within three weeks, and now, two months later, the boiler hasn't malfunctioned even once. Many times cheaper than a new boiler. Top-notch service and a clear explanation of what they were going to do and why. Very happy with it.
