After the new CV was delivered, there were some minor issues that were resolved. The will is there, and after thorough consultation, we reach a solution. Pleasant contact and no nonsense - small family business. Calling works better than emailing - (including the mobile number)

After some problems with the boiler and the replacement of the water flow meter in February 2022, the pressure in the boiler started to rise. I finally called on December 9, 2022, and after the technician had been there, he said the heat exchanger was faulty and that it would be an expensive repair. I then retrieved the installation receipt and found out the boiler was 10 years old in August 2022, and the warranty had expired. Too bad for me. I requested a quote, but they said they wouldn't provide one on December 9, 2022 (Friday), but the following week. So, no quote. I waited a bit because it was the holidays. After it took quite a while, I sent an email explaining my disappointment and that I was waiting for a quote. The maintenance contract had already been paid. After receiving no response, I called the company. They immediately acknowledged my fault, as there was no point in replying to my email, as they were so busy that my turn wouldn't be scheduled until April-May 2023. I asked if it was my fault or if I'd been a bad customer for the past 11 years. Apparently, it wasn't, but then again, she couldn't do anything for me. When I asked how we were going to resolve it, she couldn't tell me. I asked if we were supposed to part ways, and she thought that was a good idea. I was a bit taken aback. I asked about my 2023 maintenance contract fee, and it turned out to be no problem, and it would be refunded, which is what happened. It's a shame that a company I enjoy is letting you go after 11 years. I'm now working with another company.

Been a satisfied customer for several years now! The annual boiler maintenance is always carried out properly, and any repairs outside of that time are handled quickly and professionally!

Fan installation was fine. I also greatly appreciate his wife's input in thinking along and ordering the right fan. However, for minor preparatory and follow-up work, someone else had to be called in specifically. There was little initiative of their own to come up with solutions for minor peripheral issues.
