Very bad shopping experience. After purchasing a card, I received no contact from technical support. After several days, I decided to return the product at my own expense. Only then did they give me an excuse to avoid a refund. I advise you to be very careful when paying with credit cards; they'll surely find an excuse not to refund your payment. Furthermore, they aren't even competitive commercially. Avoid them!

First, they sent the wrong part. It happens, but then they sent the correct part, but it was defective. I sent everything back, and they reassembled the defective part and sent it back to me. Used parts sell well, but make sure they're in good condition.
