After our heat pump broke down yet again just before Christmas, they were kind enough to think along with us and conjure up a new heat pump from somewhere two days before Christmas and install it, so that we wouldn't be left in the cold during the holidays. Very nice guys!

I've now called West Installation Company four times to schedule an appointment. They said I'd be called back the same day. But unfortunately, I haven't received a call back. In that respect, they're a very poor company.
