Amateurs. When our new house was completed, they had to come by three times to get the toilet to flush properly. During those three times, they couldn't get the light switch in the toilet to work properly. This switch needs at least six times to turn on or off. After these three times, I left it at that. Three years later, two of our (wireless) light switches stopped working. You call to request a technician. That wasn't possible because the technician was already at a job and they said they would call back in two weeks. This didn't happen; we called again after four weeks. Then you get excuses about only one technician being familiar with this system and that they had been sick, not a single apology for ignoring a repair request for four weeks. There's no availability this week, maybe next week, but no promises. We'll hear by Friday of this week at the latest if it can be scheduled, but even that's not a promise. Well, you can rest assured. I hope the employee who just cut me off twice on the A2 does a better job than he does driving. 😢 What an antisocial driver he was. He wedges his van in everywhere, and if he can't, the other person brakes. And not just me; I saw it happen to the cars in front of me too. So, structurally antisocial driving, as evidenced by the loose front bumper. Hopeless!!

Unfortunately, I have to conclude that these people are rather unfriendly. Even when I approached them reasonably and kindly, I was treated rather rudely and unfriendly. In short: six months ago, the company mentioned above had wrongly deposited a significant amount of money into an account unknown to me. When I received a notification from my bank six months later about the refund and contacted Werkendam, my gesture was not appreciated at all. I won't call again!
