Unbelievable bad & expensive service! We had a Technician for inspection of leakage that he couldn't find. He must have been either blind or didn't even look into the Geiser. Instead, he had a nice coffee and we got a bill for 80 Euro for nothing. We contact Welink but are asked to pay the bill - for nothing! Go to Van Gijssel!!!!! He immediately found the broken part and including fixing it it was cheaper than what Welink charged for drinking a free coffee at our place!

I have very poor reviews of Welink. Last year, I had two problems with my central heating boiler/hybrid heat pump. They came a total of seven or eight times because they couldn't diagnose the problem, had to order parts, didn't keep appointments, and I had to call them several times. The first repair cost me over €900. I paid promptly, although I felt like I was being ripped off. There was no transparent invoice. Last December, there was a leak in the boiler. They had to come back three times. After the second visit, the problem still hadn't been resolved, and the indifferent technician, who only complained, had to return a third time, only to tell me it was a different leak?? Yeah, right... They simply didn't do their job properly and charged me the full price. On December 12, 2025, I sent an email stating that I disagreed with the invoice. A week later, I emailed again because I hadn't heard anything. And yes, on February 4, 2026, I received a response stating that the invoice was correct, and no response whatsoever to my arguments that it wasn't. Unbelievable that such a company can exist. NEVER AGAIN WELINK FOR ME. I'm still waiting for a credit note, but that will probably take forever too...

A technician came to inspect our customer's Atag heat pump, which Welink installed in 2024. The technician spent almost two hours simply complaining to us about not using the heat pump properly. He considered the noise level to be normal, and the ridiculously high power consumption to be normal. I finally gave him coffee to get him to leave. He was there for almost two hours. He did nothing. He didn't fix the problem. He recorded 2.5 hours of work on his work order. He supposedly removed a casing around the heat pump. Strange... it's still there. Removing the casing supposedly solved all the problems. After complaining about it, we only have to pay for 1.5 hours. We will never, ever use Welink again, and we'll replace the heat pump with a different, better brand.

If you want to be ripped off, contact this company, especially regarding heat pumps. If you have a problem, it's always the customer's fault; the technician will take advantage of you. For the time the technician is with you, including coffee breaks, if the problem isn't resolved, you'll receive a hefty bill. They'll charge for more hours than the technician is on-site. The work order on the invoice is incorrect; it states that the technician did something positive, when in reality, all he did was complain (that was a very expensive cup of coffee).
