In mid-September, I accepted a quote for the installation of a washer/dryer inlet and outlet, plus a central heating boiler service. For the former, I had to contact them three times myself to schedule a date. This work was ultimately carried out properly by the employee in charge. Three months later, I still haven't heard anything about the boiler service. I had that done by another company this week. Communication is simply poor. The only thing that was sent quickly was the invoice for the work performed, which arrived in my inbox the next day.

A great family business that's fast and solution-oriented. They replaced the balcony covering in our house, replaced plumbing from the attic to the ground floor, repaired the central heating system, replaced the kitchen boiler, and replaced the gutters. They also did our annual maintenance.

They're not responding. I called twice. I didn't even get a response to say they don't want the work. They might do a good job, IF they actually come, but proper communication is impossible.
