I'm not even sure this company does anything other than "consult"—a service that costs about €170 if they come to your house and determine where to install your boiler. It took them six months to provide a quote. The delivery was scheduled over twenty weeks ago, but they simply disappeared and ignored my calls and emails. Don't waste your time with this company.

We had a leak in our central heating pipe and called Vleeshouwers. One of their plumbers had just returned from a job where the people weren't home. Was it a good thing he came right away? The plumber was there within two hours to fix the leak, and my boiler was serviced right away. Completely satisfied!

Sunday, February 7, 2021: no hot water and the heating wasn't responding, but there were strange noises coming from the boiler. I called, and an engineer arrived within an hour; the problem wasn't immediate. The problem was resolved quickly. The engineer was very motivated to come due to the forecast of frost in the coming days. Thanks for the fast and efficient service; otherwise, it would have been a cold mess for us. Thanks again, a big thank you.
