We were unlucky when our old boiler stopped working in the new year. Fortunately, we still have Van der Vaart, and he provided a good quote. And the technicians were available quickly. They did a neat and professional job. Everything was also delivered clean. They're not the cheapest, but they are the best for our village, Linschoten.

Despite all the pressure, they're always looking for a solution to quickly resolve your issues. The installer came to shut off the gas line. Half an hour beforehand, we'd drilled through the underfloor heating. The Van der Vaart technician quickly fetched some parts and fixed it on the spot. A blessing in disguise.

I have been a customer of Van der Vaart for several years. This summer, two electricians were at work installing and relocating some sockets. I was struck by how skillfully they carried this out. They coordinated well regarding the possibilities. They also left the places where they had worked very tidy.

Unable to reach the emergency number on Thanksgiving. Customer records were incomplete, leading to a third party being informed of personal information. The initial repair wasn't what needed to be repaired; something that was supposed to be replaced within a week took four weeks. We received no interim information and had to call them ourselves, but they didn't return our calls. We were treated incredibly rudely, with the person raising their voice on the phone. We prefer to do business with local companies, but we've never experienced this before.

We had a blockage in the kitchen, and within a few hours, two friendly men were there to help us out of a "fire"—super nice and fast.
