They send somebody for the yearly maintenance who doesn't know the system what we have in our apartment. We had to request a new appointment but they just dissappeared. Unresponsive, unprofessional.

Extremely unfriendly staff, if you can choose any other company, I advise you to do so. The customer service literally refuses to speak english and insults me for doing so. Being a student in The Netherlands I have not come across such behaviour yet - The worst!

One star is actually too many. They stand in the city center like idiots, holding up traffic, throwing work stuff, pushing over toilets, and cursing at people on the road. Absolutely disrespectful and not recommended!!

This company is extremely unfriendly to customers. After experiencing the same problem with my boiler several times, I decided to call Snoeks today to ask if they could fix it. This company installed an Itho Daalderop boiler for us about a year and a half ago (the installer has little knowledge of this type of boiler). They refuse to come out because we chose to have the maintenance done by a company that does know what they're doing. Poor service!!!
