Good company who came promptly when I had an issue with my cv-ketel. They have excellent knowledge of ATAG boilers. A previous company had recommended completely changing it but Sargentini showed this was not needed and were able to fix the issue easily. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend

Ronald and his team is professional, fast, reliable and works on very reasonable prices. This was the second time they helped us out on a leak and both times it was a life saver having 2 small kids (could't use the bathroom because of the leak...). Fully recommended, they also speak good english so perfect for expats as well.

I've been a Sargentini customer for 25 years. They recently installed a new high-efficiency boiler and relocated pipes so the old water heater in the kitchen could be removed at the same time. Fantastic service provided by true professionals. They're proactive and deliver excellent work. If anything ever needs repairing, they're quick to help and won't leave you hanging. Highly recommended!

Very unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful party. During the first telephone contact on behalf of our HOA, I was told that our HOA "was not in the system." I pointed out that Sargentini had visited several times in the past (2021) and that this concerned a new situation. The employee only responded that, by the sound of it, their last visit was a very long time ago and that we should just call another plumber. As far as I am concerned, this is an incomprehensible attitude and demonstrates a complete lack of customer friendliness. Very negative experience.
